So often, we players take the time to file bug reports, write up frustrations, and at times just whine and gripe when things go wrong (even though we know this is still beta and bugs happen). It's easy when things are going great to forget to take the time to say, "Thanks for a great job!" So let me take that minute:
Another adventure glitch hit Aurorah and me. With their usual promptness, support was right on it with personal attention. This was followed with a good suggestion for helping them troubleshoot in the event that this happens again in the future. Also, we were compensated with random loot as we would have been from the adventure. While this was not necessary, it certainly was very appreciated by both me and Auro.
MistaPink, you rock. No matter how hectic things get, your level of professionalism, courtesy and personal attention to detail is just outstanding, as is that of Kate, Grimm and the BB support team.
