Not able to cancel building in queue

I just built two wheat fields and then a stable. I decided that I wanted to put the stable somewhere else so canceled it on the building queue. It did not cancel the first time so one wheat field was built and the stable was second in the queue. I tried to cancel it again but it failed again. It is now built in the spot I wasn't sure I wanted it and it currently, possibly not ever, worth the resources to move it.

You could just destroy the fields and the resources should be refunded.
