Provide a way to kick people from your zone.
One reason is because I currently have someone that came to my zone and then obviously walked away from his PC. My building licenses says 75 because of the LONG existing bug for that.
Of course if you would fix that bug it would help, but there are other reasons to want to kick someone...
If you don't want someone checking out your island, remove them from your friends list. They can't visit you then. Problem solved.
Was a guild mate that stayed on.
Are you sure they were creeping on your screen? Because sometimes the game will bug and leave their avatar on your screen.

To get the building licenses reading the correct value, you just need to either reload/relog, or visit a friends island and go back to yours and it will go back to normal again.

Most of the time this will do the trick, I always still recommend clearing cookies and cache as well.
