Bug exploiters.

So there has been a known bug for quite some time now where if you are being buffed by someone from another guild that you temporarily become a member of THAT guild, which allows people OF that guild to "Visit" your settlement. Which in turn can, and can't be a good thing.

It's halloween now, and you guys have givin a wonderful event, which I admire deeply, But the darkness buff was a terrible thought, with this type of bug being present.

I'm going to make this a long story short, [AK] Wallstreet has been a prior friend on my friends list for quite some time, and quite frankly forgot he was even on it... I'll get to him later on.

Me and [AK] Adolia had gotten into an argument in global, and obviously what I said had greatly impacted her well beyond the point of a complete cataclysmic temper tantrum. The way she presented herself was pretty equal to that of an adolescent child, when your supposedly a renowned "Clay artist" and have clientele internationally, I don't find this behavior to be very professional, or carry a good sales pitch. This ended in both me and her both adding each other to ignore.

The following day, I get a visit from [AK] Wallstreet - who put a Darkness buff on my stables. No big deal - thought it was a joke. But then somehow [AK] Adolia's avatar portrait shows up on my screen, and I get slammed with 15 Darkness buffs to which I had to hurry up and make light buffs (with gems) to counteract this completely immature, childish, not to mention BAN-ABLE offense. This is why the guild switch bug, and the darkness I should say "debuff" DO NOT go together. Had I not been logged on she could have exploited this big time by repeatedly darkness buffing my buildings.





And this image was taken AFTER I made the Light Buffs... She was coming back to place more Darkness buffs on my buildings... To which I had to make more Light buffs.

Not sure what you intend to get accomplished by this but saying someone presents themself as a pedophile is a serious accusation and has no place in the forum. If thats indeed the case then use the proper channels and contact support staff, that is completely inappropriate and immature. Last thing I'd like to note is I've never had any problems with you ever and I would never waste such a useful resource such as pumpkins to try to slow another players progress, even if it was a sworn enemy for that matter. I was told that you even claimed you have a mail of me doing this yet I see no photobucket... You know why? Cause I have never even made a single dark buff and when adolia did this my provisions house was qued up for over 4hrs yet. UBI staff can check easily enough but slandering my name and making false accusations is more serious than what adolia did to you IMO. Get your facts straight, and try to get your story straight if you plan on whining on the forum about other players.

You were the only AK member on my friends list, couldn't have been any one else Wallstreet. Like I said, when the dev's pull up the log's, don't be surprised when your unable to log in...

one last note: theres no jewelry chains on the fortune 500 and in fact, the only one in the top 1000 is Zales. Anyways, a rich guy like u I'd think you would just laugh it off... but then again, how many rich guys do u know that still run windows xp on their comp O_o

Kroc, while I agree that it is a bug that really does need fixing, I do not agree with the way you posted it.

Exploiting a bug like that should require some sort of punishment but at most a warning, not a ban (at least not after 1 time), because all you really had to do was wait it out, there was no need to spend gems to fix it. What you did with your first post was more defamation of character, verbal abuse, and outright lie:

I watched that argument and there was no cybering, with teenagers or adults, and while it may have been an immature argument, on both of your ends, it did not deserve this type of attack as revenge. I believe the best thing to do at this point is for you to edit your post, remove this attack, and simply report the bug objectively.

Sure, why not Demacia? Seems to me that this darkness buffing was supposed to be a fun holiday event, where little tricks could be pulled on people. So you have a choice; you can choose to get in the spirit of the thing and have a little fun, or you can choose, as Kroc so aptly put it, to have a complete cataclysmic temper tantrum. As a guild leader especially, Demacia, you have an opportunity to set the tone for your guild in your reaction to this. It's disappointing that you've chosen this tone.

Kroc, I really don't understand this reaction. You mean, some buildings stopped producing for two whole hours?!? Honestly, if that's going to cause problems for your empire, then you have bigger problems than a few darkness buffs.

You obviously missed the entire point of this post, and where the post is located at.. I'm not mad by any means about the darkness buffs - I love this event after all, which I clearly stated above... It was how the darkness buffs had gotten placed on my buildings.......... Little more clear?
