10 minute login queue!!!???

The server has been crap ever since the last down time. Maps are constantly freezing, buffs aren't taking, the chat servers aren't showing up when you log in....now I have to relog because, yet again, the map won't load and I find that I have a 10 minute log-in queue? Are you serious?

Geez, 10 minute? I'm stuck in a 1h 41m queue that's only increasing in time as I'm stuck at "40 of 40 RT".

I've been having trouble logging in all day. Sometimes I can get on but none of the chat tabs are there. Other times I can login and see global chat but it doesn't show I'm in a guild. Most of the time it never finishes logging in so I go back to the homepage and try logging in again.

Having trouble logging in too. Sometimes it takes the chat tabs 15 minutes or so to load after I finally get into the game, same with global chat. Sometimes I'm stuck at a light blue screen waiting for maps that don't load. And not being able to turn off that music while waiting is highly annoying.

Usually clearing cache deals with login issues. You could try that.

Let's face it, it's been bad the whole time.

And clearing cache is not the solution, it's a work around.

Hey guys, let me look into this. Can you describe the exact problem? I understand that there is a login queue. Is there always a login queue? Do the login queues actually take that long to get in?

You mentioned server problems. Are they happening contantly? What exactly is happening. I just want to have a clear picture.

Hi Kate -- the following are the various login issues I (and others) have experienced frequently since the beginning of the Halloween event and intermittently prior to that:

1) Login queue window -- only without the queue time so that window just hangs and the game never loads
2) Logging in but no chat tabs at all as well as no friends and no guild (in the friends and guild list beneath the star menu)
3) Logging in but no guild chat tab and no guild

Reloading, and clearing cache do not fix these -- one has to make several login attempts before finally getting everything working at once.

Other issues:

Screenfreeze when buffing
Game hangs when loading map for another island -- so have to refresh in order to get out of that

A couple of these I sent in with a bug report and screenshots the other day, to make it easier to see what's going on.
