log in buttons

i have tried to log in but the buttons are not working even the buttons in the forum for logging in are not working any ideas

I'm having the same issue, but just with Internet Explorer. Firefox works. A Bug report comes up.

I've completely cleared the cache and still get the same error on IE.

I have the same problem. I can't even log in to reply on the forum.

I have IE and Opera and it fails in both browsers. It was working fine yesterday and my computer runs day and night so it hasn't even been off...

Instead of the usual background for the entire castleempireonline site, I am now seeing this weird light green color too. Something's definitely amiss.

Same, no on forum login and no on game login. Looks like whomever last updated their webpage screwed the pooch. That is the main reason most games do NOT use a website for login purposes, wouldnt be too hard for them to make a small login application to be on your PC.

Same problem. Worked fine this morning, got home from work, no login for me... poo stains and pieces of shirt. I NEED TO PLANT WHEAT!!! for pitty's sake.

Hey guys,

I just reported this bug. For now, to log on to the forums you can click on someones profile and it will ask you to login.

Hopefully we can get this issue fixed soon because I know workarounds aren't the best option.

You may have just been trying to login during the maintenance window. Maintenance generally happens at 12AM PST on Thursday and ends around 4:00AM PST. Was this the problem?
