first off who cares if a player can make a huge army or not, this game does not have pvp. most pushing as you call it is done within people guilds and is done to help them level structures to become more self stable. being self stable mean able to tend to their own property without the need of assistance and yer telling me if i have 4000 hardwood plank laying around and cant use, you can ban me for giving them to a guild member cause it will help them build more bakeries or level up. what is the point of having guilds then???????? guilds are meant to strengthen each other, its not like we are going out of our way to hurt or harm players. we aim to make a player self sufficient. look at my island, i can take care of all of my needs and rarely need anything. i make coal overstock on purpose, run out of copper sometimes cause there are only 6 deposits, wells run out too. but i made my island run like clockwork as much as possible. its not a powerhouse. just a smart design

Guys your thinking of this too close-minded. When they say "pushing" this is the act of making a SECOND OR THIRD ETC. account and giving YOURSELF resources only. This is not when you give millions of trades to your guild, they obviously understand that if they are giving back etc that they are just being helped. Pushing usually follows the act of one person to another(though they did mention giving all your stuff to one person to make a zomg army). Like I already said if a whole guild was giving things to multiple people it should be fine. Also, there's the fact that once they reach a higher level 28+ area they stop asking so much and they probably look for it when people start getting around the mid-way level point.

Read it again and more carefully. The first rule clearly states that unequal trades will be a offense capable of getting someone banned. This means if I out of the kindness of my heart give a guild member resources that I could be banned. This rule completely takes away human kindness and I simply cannot let it go without protest. If I fairly earn my resources whatever I do with them should be up to me. Whether I wish to use, sell, or give them to someone in need.

You know I just donated money to a Autism walk, money that I earned and apparently according to the Dev's of this game that sort of behavior is wrong and unacceptable. Either the devs simply did not think this out very well as they are demonizing acts of kindness and charity by accident or its to increase gem sales.

what if you friend needs like a loan like they need 400gc for something..so you would be banned if you loan them 400gc and get like a fir log in return?

then pushing defeats the purpose of a guild. ppl always sends trades for 1 set item like 400 horses for 1 fish

I am sure they ban based on IP address if you ever where to use the two accounts from same IP is what normal browser games do it from.
