Where are the bandits how do you engage?

The Bandits are located through out the map. You will need to send your explorer out, to scout the sectors covered in fog. To attack them you will need to build barracks so that you can train your troops. You will also need a brewery and coppersmith, to equip your troops. You will also need to build a tavern to hire your General, plus build a Garrison to house your troops. It is best to just follow the tutorial through to the end. Once you finish the Tutorial, you have most of what you need. You will just need to train more soldiers.
