    All for have stood;
    all others are against, or just too lazy to vote.

    Motion passes, we should begin flooding WC with petition statements.

    Please, I beg of you... Please, please give us the ability to move buildings instead of tearing them down. You could make them the same as the bought noble house from the gem store.. the building has to 'unbuild', goes into storage.. and then when you want to place it, it goes into the build que and takes however long it did originally to build, plus whatever time it took to do however many upgrades it has. Could potentially be quite a wait, but worth it!!!

    As you see, this wouldn't be just pick up a building from here and put it there.. it would take some effort, time and of course, planning.

    I like this game... but it has the potential to become very tedious and boring with nothing more to do than kill off bandits and do the adventures, which is just more killing of bandits. Come on, dev team, toss us a bone!

    I absolutely hate this idea, the game is based on optimizing building layout for efficiency. Adding a move building feature would make it far too simple for players to copy others layouts and/or optimize building placement for highest efficiency far too easily. One of the biggest aspects of this game is planning accordingly and not just blindly throwing down buildings on a whim cause you are low on said resource. I doubt very much if they will add this function, and if they do, a lot of players are going to be disappointed as it takes away from a major aspect of why the game was designed in such a way.

    IMO we shouldnt get ANY resources back for demolishing a building and maybe next time players will think it thru a little and actually use some strategy to a game isntead of expecting every free online game to be like some two bit generic rip off facebook game... theres my 2 cents.

    Wallstreet, I agree with you. The ability to move buildings is ridiculous and, I think, self defeating to the whole point of the game. However, I would disagree with you that we shouldn't get any resources back. You would have a hard time convincing me that after a building was torn down that at least something could be used from it.

    Now if you wanted to combine these ideas I would think about some kind of research that could be carried out that would allow you to do "town planning." Thus you could organize your buildings and what not on a map and then use that to build your town (for space optimization not entirely production optimization).

    True, it would be possible to copy someone, but the point is that it requires time and resources to do so right now where as just moving the buildings doesn't.

    I think a lot of new players want this for obvious reasons, to make the game easier. But for those that actually learn to plan ahead and realize the consequences of random placement will detest the idea. It's best to learn how the game works, not all games can be a WoW clone (catering to inexperienced gamers).
    I play guitar and make music and started doing some video lessons on how to play guitar, if interested visit my youtube page: http://www.youtube.com/user/stygiana...1?feature=mhee

    Well said!

    I realize that there are reasons why someone might want to do this sort of thing. It might be a possibility to allow this function during the tutorial, but players would have to be maid explicitly clear that this is not an in-game function (which might be a bit of a turn off). I think anyone that's a big fan of The Series would wonder why they would allow such a function in the online version. At least, that's how I feel. Allowing the function during the tutorial would allow players to gain the necessary experience without being turned-off right away, but once they become use to the game style they no longer have that function.
