Can't even log in!!

I know you guys have been working on things since 12 AM ... California time? I'm in Michigan, and if my times are correct, I should be able to get into the game by now, unless you're still working things out. If not, guess what?? I get a notice saying the server didn't connect...every time!! I really like this game and would be really disappointed if I couldn't get back in. What's goin' on??

wow every morning everyday server is down i cant log on. there is ALWAYS something wrong with this game. i pay good money in gems for this game and can never play it. PLEASE PLEASE fix this server problem once and for all. thank you

i wake up 5am to 6am everyday. i know you do maintenance at certain times but i try to log in hours after your maintenance times PLEASE fix server connection thank you.

1. Thursday has always been update day.
2. The sim is still in Beta.
3. Everyone else has to wait as well and they don't start a thread complaining.

Just to clear somethings up. Yes today was maintenance day.

Here is what happened this maintenance day:

Update: 01.05 AM PST - Servers are down.

Update: 02.25 AM PST - Starting deployment.

Update: 03.10 AM PST - Deployment complete.

Update: 04.00 AM PST - Servers are being tested and will soon be available.

Update: 05.00 AM PST - Servers are back online.

Everyday I log in to the game to make sure everything is up and running so that if need be I can make a report about the servers being down. It is normally between 8:45 AM EST and 9:00 AM EST.

If you are experiencing any problems when logging into the game, you can send us a support ticket we are always more then happy to help with any problems that any players are having.

But there are things you can try (and if you do try them please state so in the ticket so we dont give the same instructions again).

-Try to clear your cookies and cache from your browser after logging out of your account, once you have log back in.
-Make sure you are not using a browser that is in a beta version. Only the full release of a browser is supported, and beta versions can cause problems.
-Be sure to update your Flash and Java so that you have the latest versions installed. Having older versions can cause some Flash Player crashes while playing the game and logging in.
-Also try another browser. The browsers that are officially support by us are: FireFox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer.
