    -1 licenses

I can often get to 1 license remaining and still build a building that takes two licenses. Not sure how to reliably recreate it, but it does seem to happen more often than not.

Also, it would be nice to make it more apparent which buildings took up two licenses and which only took up one. Then again, maybe all buildings take one and there is just a bug with the count/display of licenses. Refreshing usually fixes that.

Comment: it'd highly annoying that if you have no licenses all the descriptions for buildings merely reads "Maximum building count reached". It's nice that you've included why they're not shown, but it should be tacked on to the pop-up, not obscure information. Likewise, the "Player level x required" is annoying as it obscures information from first-time players.

No buildings take up two licenses. It must just be the display bug you're seeing (plus buildings will temporarily "lock" an extra license while they're still being constructed).

I've had it happen where I was actually able to build 1 more building than I had licenses for. I think this bug might be related to the display bug cause when someone else visits your town, as well as bugs causing your licenses to fluctuate when building and destroying buildings. It's not one that's entirely easy to replicate, but it is annoying to find out you have -1 licenses cause you managed to build a full extra building.

I've had this happen too, in my case, I think it happened when I was building things quickly... I had 3 things in queue while I only had 2 licenses...

I put them in queue faster than the game was able to remove the license from the supply.

Some might say this is something that can be exploited, but the truth is it can't be really, simply because of mines that get depleted.

So, if you take advantage of this bug, and then build something else that you need, once a mine expires, you will get the license from the mine and be back to 0 again without the ability to rebuild the mine...

These are the circumstances that I've personally encountered, however, its only happened twice.

EDIT: I should also point out that in both instances, I relogged and still had -1 license.
