I don't what the limits are for all quarries, but at 18th level I had 2 marble quarries, at 19th I had three. I also have noted that my limit on copper mines has increased since 16th level, but I was not paying attention to those at each level.

well at least I know I not too far away to having more than one marble quarries
I think I have 3 at 20. Cant remember exactly
