this has happened to me and a few of my guild members. when trading, people have lost their supplies, but have not received anything in return.
i traded coal for iron ore today, and lost all my coal and have not received any iron ore in return. plz fix this problem, as i know others are getting tired of not getting their supplies.
Have you waited the 24 hours for the other party to accept or decline?

Clear your cache, delete your cookies, and log back in. If none of that helps submit a support ticket with the details of the transaction.

i did all of the above and still hv not gotten my iron ore.
