    Building Licenses and Disappearing Residence

I'm noticing that my building license is not properly crediting back when I delete buildings (not the wells or the fields).
I've been watching this and paying attention to it alot lately.

Just now, I noticed I had 110 populuation. I had 1 biuld slot left. I placed a residence on the border of blue and red and it allowed me to do so.
The license disappeaered. So now I have 0 build slots. But the building didnt get built and the population count didn't go up. I might have even lost resources not sure. Now I'm at 0 build slot and can't build anymore. And that building is not on the screen.

This is a known display bug. You probably did not have the one license left. For many people when it displays one license they are usually down to zero already. Log out and log back in, if you truely had the license left the building will be there.
There are three classes of intellects: one which comprehends by itself; another which appreciates what others comprehend; and a third which neither comprehends by itself nor by the showing of others; the first is the most excellent, the second is good, and the third is useless. - Niccolò Machiavelli

NO. This is not a display bug. It consumed my building license. And the building is NOT there.
I managed to test out if it was there or not by placing a wheatfield right on top of that spot.
That was the only building (and the well) that I can build at the moment because my license got consumed.
You can easily count the total number of biulding you have on the board and compare it with the building license that you are using. They do not add up.
