Got a really interesting response to a bug ticket I submitted, and was wondering if anyone knew where this game originally comes from? Cos it sure doesn't seem like anywhere that is english first language.

The game is designed in the Blue Byte studio in Düsseldorf, Germany. The message you got is simply an auto response from you sending in a ticket/bug/etc. I will change the auto response shortly, so that it will read in an easier manner.
