Adventure bug after patch, losing general and population went over the limit

In reference to patch 11/17
I was playing the adventure Dark Priest before the patch, with 2 generals already sent to the adventure island and did some fighting.
After the patch, i turned on the game and saw my 2 generals still camping at my main island with the same amount of troops before i started to send them into adventure. So i tried to send them to adventure again.
After that, i checked and found my settler population was way over the limit . Look like the generals were duplicated.
When i went into the adventure map. I saw 2 generals, but can only control one. I was able to finish the adventure anyway. But when the generals supposed to come back, only 1 came back and i still stuck oversize population, and can't do much about this ... Please help !!!

Could someone helps me out on this ? This is a serious bug and really stop me from advancing further in game ....I already filled out the bug report form FYI ... Please help !

This most certainly sounds like a more serious problem than can be solved in the forum, best to wait for a Moderator to try and help you. However just to ask, have you tried the standard fixes?

Yes Armin, i had tried the standard fixes but didn't work out ... I think this would require programmer / GM to take a look at my account and debug it. I bought packages to advance further in the game and this really screwed me up as i'm losing general, troops, population ..

icysakuke go to this link and fill out the bug report form and include your screenshot. It is likely that your issue will be seen sooner than it will here in the forums.

Yes ShuttlePilot, I already filled out the bug reported form couple days ago, but i haven't got any reply back from customer support yet... . Can i get an explaination from a moderator of what is going on ? This is very bad business as UBI taking money from people and ignoring their customers.
