improve setters rate?

current it takes 15 minute to get a settler back. is there any food buff or build player can do to increase settler rate?

You can purchase the Cheese Sandwich in the Trader shop, that will speed up the rate Settlers arrive. It is however not worth the Gems it costs (IMHO). In your Provisions House there are threee buffs you can produce. You will get the Settlers right after the production is complete. The Wayfaring Settler buff which costs 25 bread per settler and will get one Settler. The Traveller Family buff which costs 125 bread per use, and will get you 5 Settlers. Finally the Retired Bandit buff, which costs 625 bread per use, but will get 25 Settlers.

You can also purchase the Love Potion for 195 Gems in the store's black market. It will increase population growth by 200% for 12 hours.

Does it really triple population growth? Seems to be doubling it would be the usual ratio for this game; I suspect whoever wrote "increases by 200%" thought it meant doubling the rate of growth.

200 percent is double not triple lol cuz 100 percent is what something should be so 200 is double

Make settlers in the provision house. You will need a bakery or two to produce the bread first. You can also make a "sip from the kettle" buff in your Mayor's house-collections tab. You will need to collect the collectibles around your island first by finding and clicking or double-clicking them. Alternatively, you can buy a love potion in the trade office or merchant (with gems) as some have suggested. Easiest is to produce them in your provision house. Produce daily.
