Christmas Event

Can someone clarify this part about the Recycler:

'You will only be able to have one of these buildings during the event.'

Does this mean we only have the chance to get one during the event, or does it also mean that once the event is over everyones recycler will be gone? This is my first event so i wanted to clarify before I spend any of my numerous presents I'm bound to get for being such a good guy..

Originally, the developers were allowing us to get 5 max 'coal recycler' (coking house making coal from nothing). The german players complained about this 'made from nowhere.' So now its 1 max recycler through the 'present' exchange. And 2 max recycler through Gems (the store). So you can have a total of 3 recycler for any player.
I figure there is gonna be excess amount of 'presents' unless the developers lower the amount of gifts we get.

did not even give an official announcement, just simply edited the thread without letting anyone know who was preparing for the event. but hey what's 2 more days anyway right?

yeah i am frustrated now because i could have started an adven last night and had it finished but now i wont have the time
a little notice would have been nice and now we can only have on of those recycling buildings. do the germans still get 5? is the money i put into this game not as good as the german's? i would like some answers about this i have spent some excessive money on this game and if it is not the same as the german's i am not going to be happy.
