Gem Shortage
I bought the 11000 gem pack after the special was implemented (brought price down to $34.99) and instead of getting the 11000, I got 7200. Has anyone else had this happen with any of the gem packs?

I bought the 11000 pack also and only got 7200, could you check on this please, I have a e-mail comfirmation if you need to see it

Same here, I contacted support and included screen shots of the mail that I received of 7200 instead of 11,000

I bought the 4800 but only received 3200, but when I went to retrieve the email I accidentally erased it. is there a way to somehow once again find that deleted email as there's no trash bin that I've seen. would like some help on this. I'm sure you have my email on file any correspondence would be highly appreciated.
