my biggest problem with this game is the total lack of any kind of ranking system for individual players or guilds if they added that i believe this would make it easier for new players to grasp what is happening in the game

I think it would be a way to brag before PvP gets here, I know some who already do :P

They definitely need something to rank and have some sort of competition to help keep higher level players interested until PvP does arrive. Just ranking guilds by who has the most members isn't really a ranking at all. Just look at the top 2, Brotherhood and FRIENDS, they both hold 90+ members yet they would get squashed by numerous guilds if full on PvP was released. Nothing against them but it just goes to say that we need some sort of ranking and stats system to spice things up imo.
