The e-mail went to the address you used to confirm your account, not to any subsequent address you may have provided.

I understand that. I never recieved an email, and it wasn't in my junk mail. Also, are we supposed to get emails when we post something and there is a response? I didn't get anything like that either. What email address is it supposed to come from?
I also have recieved no such e-mail. This seems like a bug-report kinda thing.

You will get the e-mails for replies to forum postings if you checked that option in your settings, otherwise it is defaulted to no. If it is not in your junk e-mail, hopefully they will see you bug report soon.

Here, here! I am having the same issue! I have submitted a bug report as well.
I've checked my Trash/Bin and Spam Folder in my Gmail account to no avail. There's nothing from UPlay/UbiSoft/CastleEmpire and I'm really sad about it. :'(
Still nothing. I posted in the bug report too. I confirmed that I received the initial confirmation email from you guys, so I know the messages are NOT beeing blocked. What is the plan for resolution?
If you are having issues it might be worth it to post here as it seems they are getting more traction than we are here.
Has anyone even considered fixing this? I haven't received anything. It is NOT an email issue as I receive emails from you guys all the time. If you plan on keeping people playing, you should at least fulfill your promises or atleast acknowledge those of us that are telling you there is an issue.
And telling me where I should get the email is NOT fixing the issue. I only have one email account on this system, so give it another try.
i use my facebook to log in and the email address is exactly right and i never got my free basket either
