So today I discovered that I can't visit friends. Snugglenuts seems to be having the same issue. Every time I click someone to go visit them I get an error message. I have tried clearing cache and cookies etc. Nothing seems to work. I included a screenshot for a reference.
I tried with two different friends and got the same error message. Also both times I received a failed server call message.

I feel like I tried with every friend and it did this. All I've found to "fix" it was to delete cookies and cache and this problem started after I did that.Originally Posted by Armin
I have this problem all the time now since last update. I also get it when i am coming back to my island from a adventure island. Coming back from adventures i am almost guaranteed to get this message since update. Hope it gets fixed soon.
I am also having the same problem with visiting people. I crash when visiting and when leaving friends.
Same here! Almost half the time, returning home after buffing a friend causes a crash - Server Call Failed.
Same problem here- always having to reload.

Same problem here but I've noticed that it only happens when I try to visit friends who are offline.
Anyone else notice the same thing?
I'm also getting this quite a bit. It may happen more when ppl are offline, but I know that it also happens when they are online. This is hugely annoying when buffing, as when you reload, chat is lost, so you have to ask for a repeat. Sometimes a guildie will ask a question about their city, and when attempting to visit, you crash, which messes with chat. Also, if you are pugging buffs, going offline all of a sudden definitely adds quite a bit of uncertainty about the reliability of the transaction - certainly if and when people go offline while we are swapping buffs it makes me nervous that they may not come back and hold up their end of the bargain, and they probably feel the same way about me.
