Thanks for taking the time to compose your reply. As a master of graphing, importing, rendering and animating digital gaming art, scripts, and backgrounds, on various dopesheets, node editors and development programs, i know how thin one's time can be stretched.
I'm not saying that you can't enforce whichever rules you choose to implement. I'm just saying that it's not possible to enforce this one, in any realistic way, without completely shutting down the venue which puts bread on your table.
The first amendment (religion and free expression) is more than a guarantee in any public or private forum; it's a symbol of something that can not be taken away from people no matter how many are slaughtered, tried or outcast.
I'm sure everyone has noticed what transpires each time any government (mach or legitimate) attempts to enforce upon them an exercise of control. More than just the single individual in question at the time speak up. No one wants to see their neighbor denied what this amendment symbolizes. Most will cast their lot with a revolt before they will abide by blatant, flagrant and unneeded censorship.
While i understand and empathize with your need for organization in any creation and invention that you invest in; it can never replace freedom without the loss of all; creation, organization and freedom alike.
The best government is the government that governs least. Sometimes we have to ask ourselves; are the things we have done the actions of the best government?
