workers?

I have alot of idle workers, how do i get them to work????

The term idle worker is confusing. Should be called Idle Settler.
You have x number of settlers. They are idle until you use one for a building or a well or make them into troops.
when you tear down a building or a well depletes, they become available as an idle worker again.
If you use them as troops and they die, they are gone for good.
