    Idle Settlers

    Hello everyone i'm new and I was wondering when my soldiers were killed I cant seem to figure out why my idle settlers werent replaced. I thought I had to build more residences and my count population limit is at ninety but i only have 63 working settlers and no idle settlers. How do I gain these idle settlers back do they regenerate over time?

    it takes 15 minutes to get 1 settler back, or you can use the provisions house to get retired bandits in there.
