Chat crashes.....

I am using Google Chrome because IE is so terribly slow! I log into the game and I can chat for a few minutes and then I go to do buffs or building something and all of a sudden everything is gone on the chat window but the Help button! I have to refresh the browser and reload the game to get chat back and by that time I miss anything that is important in the chat (trades etc) Can you look into this and maybe find out what is going on with it? If its something I can correct then I will if its in the game bugs listing then perhaps its beyond my abilities.
