Any other ways to get Christmas Presents?

As far as I can see, you can get exactly 10 presents a day from quests, 1 present (if you're lucky) per Explorer treasure hunt, and an unlimited amount by buying them with Gems. Is that it? That's doesn't seem like enough to do anything with unless you buy them.

Also, does anyone know if Explorers can get presents with short treasure hunts?

From what I've heard and seen, the shorter the treasure hunt the less likely you are gonna get presents. Even mid-treasure hunt (12hr) are low too.
