Based on posted loot prior to the maintenance, there is indeed a big increase in quantity for resource rewards. Experience points decreased about 5% (before: 2890).

I just got the "motherly love" adventure from completing IoP. I've done it several times now but this is the first time I've been awarded with another adventure. Something to look forward too lol.

Yw I will be updating Pirates adven to make it up to date after the Christmas maintainence.

I tried substituting in some Bowmen into these Battles to try to lower the Recruit losses.

Example:60 Knifethrower / 60 Deckscrubber / 60 Caltrop Camp
Used 40 Recruits, 35 Militia, 100 Soldiers and 25 Bowmen
Losses: 36-40 Recruits
25 Bowmen

Used 53 Recruits, 47 Militia and 100 Soldiers
Losses: 44-52 Recruits

Assuming Max Losses
400 Bronze Swords, 40 Settlers and 200 Beer worth of Recruit Losses
250 Bows, 25 Settlers and 250 Beer worth of Bowmen Losses

or

520 Bronze Swords, 52 Settlers and 260 Beer worth of Recruits Losses

I guess depending on how your Island Production is set up, it might be worth including the Bowmen to save some Bronze Swords. Or just use Recruits to save on Beer and Bread. Just thought I would toss this out there. Some of the other battles might work out better than this using Bowmen, will know more after I clear more camps.

Edit: Completed the Adventure inserting Bowmen in some of battles, probably only saved 40-60 Recruits at the cost of 100 Bowmen. So not overly worth it. Will probably have to experiment with some other Adventures. Might work better in other situations.

I advise 2 waves. First wave 115 recruits. Second wave 160 calv, 30 longbow, 10 M. Lose 115 recruits and 7-9 M.
