My Santa's Helper Quest says to 1 - Produce 3 Tool belts (I assume a tool belt is just a group of 150 tools), and then 2 - Place the tool belts "at the "disposal" from your inventory.
QUESTION - What/where is the "disposal" and how do I put tool belts there?
The "disposal" is actually your Mayor's House. Just a poor translation from the German original wording.
