    Random Island Adventure Maps

I have posted this in the suggestion thread however it is getting buried more and more and I would like a little discussion on it and ways of implementing it etc.

Mod I am sorry and if its not ok please delete this post please

Below is a copy paste of my original post:

I would love to see some sort of random island adventure system put in place

Thought here would be that you send out your explore to find these random adventures and once found and started they would generate a random island with randomly placed bandits camps composed of random troop assortments (within reasonable limits). This could be determined by player level. Along with that and depending how hard they make the island for the adventure the loot drops would be random as well (yes I know they are random already but could add a little more flavor to it). These random adventures could be the ones that provide the building such as dark castle, white castle etc. and this would remove the monotiny (sp?) of running one adventure over and over and over in order to try and get these buildings.

I am not sure how hard this would be to add and to clarify it a bit, this is something like diablo's random dungeons that were generated upon entering

This would provide something fresh for the game that would provide a more strategic approach to adventures whereas as they are now its cut and dry what you need to do on the adventure

If it's one thing I know about Browser MMOs is that "random island adventure" almost never exists, because it would mean bigger servers to generate rate the maps, which makes the game cost more expensive. And user side 'random adventure' is open to hacking by the user. The user game clock glitch/bug is sometimes the easiest to be abused.

In term of random loot, I think it could probably change in the future, depending if they implement exotic tree planters/cutters/mill. For now the adventure loot and explorers are the only way to receive those Expert items.

Yeah like sango is saying its hard to do what diablo does, which is called "procedurally generated" content. Since this requires processing power it's going to be hard to have this in a game that runs in a browser and runs on such a variety of machine types.

it may be hard but a demand for something like this and even making something like it cost gems instead of having it be found by explorers could be something the devs may look into

I am more interested in the demand side of it from players than the actual difficulty of implementing it, not that you both dont make a good point but I am sure that if they could make some money from it or break even that it would increase user satisfaction with the game if done well which would in turn (hopefully) increase player base

To be honest, I will tell you that the US & UK (even the French) players will have almost no say whatsoever in the development of the game. The German players have been dictating the game. And yes, they do ask for random generated maps, but in terms of development goes, its not a high priority at this rate. Lets just say we were originally suppose to be allowed 5-coal recyclers (through presents) but someone complained about it and it became 1.
