I am getting the same message "File loading failed". The client was unable to load a data file. Delete your browser cache and try again. Would be nice if we got some type of a answer here.
Could some one take care of my fields and mines for more please?

At this point, I have tried I.E. 9 and Chrome, and I am still having
issues. I am not able to get past the "santa" page sometimes, but if I
am able to get into the game I am missing multiple chat tabs and am
only able to stay on for a limited amount of time. As I am replying to
this email, I have had to refresh my game 3 times, because I have
gotten the popup box saying to refresh browser, clear your cache
(which I have done), and server failed please refresh.
Please help.

Hello LadyK,
Have you tried loading the game in another browser, I noticed you are using Firefox which usually doesn't have as many issues with the game. If you could try IE or Chrome to load the game to see if it a browser issue or something else.

I am sure you are aware of this and are currently working to make it better.
However, I cannot login. I can click on "sign in with facebook' and I can
click on "Play Now" but after that, the game does not load, or loads very
slowly.
Last night, while wrapping presents, I turned on the game, and allowed it to
load with no interference from me, and after wrapping for two hours the game
still did not load.
I then proceeded to upgrade my browser and my flash and cleaned out cache and
my laptop, but even today I am not able to login. Please fix this problem and
allow me to tend my empire.
My browser is Firefox 8.0.1.

I can't log in. I get an error to delete my cache from my browser.
Yesterday is when I started getting this problem and I went to
tools/options/network/changed my Limit cache to 0 and pressed clear now.
Worked fine until I tried to log on this morning. I tried using Firefox,
google chrome and internet explorer. I get the same error from all three. I
even restarted my computer
same here, even tried this game on opera browser, still no luck
and were still have to hear from their side yet...
Bump for another person having the same issue with Firefox, IE and Chrome..
yeah. hopefully they can fix it before anymore players post another thread regarding this issue. Anyway, just want to login to do some buffs but thinking that they have not post anything regarding this (on when can we login) i just need to do some stuffs and come back later. have a nice day everyone =)
