Lovely Email, but no Voucher Code
I just received an email from UBISoft that is supposed to bestow a Red Flying Settler as a New Year's gift. Well, there is no promotion code, and the link doesn't seem to work.
You might want to see if that was set up properly, you may need to send the email again.
Had no issue with the gift, went right to the link, and was in my ingame e-mail immediately. Hopefully yours is an isolated incident and can be fixed quickly.

i did not get it by using the hyperlink in the email. I did get it when i copied the link in text in the email into a browser window
This morning it seems to work fine!

I had to copy and paste the link into my browser to work as well

I have seen noting in game or in my e-mail about a voucher...just like the thanksgiving thing. Oh well, not worried about it now...
