leveling after finish all camps

I finished all the camps and currently at level 33. I have 2 explorer and I sent them to search for "short" adventure. I found two adventure at first, but now all I found is map fragment. I tried to purchase "outlaws" adventure, but the system wont allow me. What other things can I do to level?

You can only do adventures at this point to get XP.
