    You can't, but you shouldn't need to. Everything you get is dwarfed by the future, so you can't really make a "mistake" that is worth restarting over.

    Careful here, making a new account, i.e. having multiple accounts, is against the TOS. If you absolutely can not progress, then put a ticket in to support and tell them that you want to delete your account. That is the only official way to "start over". As mentioned, there really isn't any need. Push on and move stuff around as you can afford to.
