Tutorial Quest Requires Level 5 For Simple Residence

I am on the Tutorial Quest which is asking me to build One Simple Residence. The Simple Residence requires Player Level 5 (five).

I did all quests until this one and I am still Player Level 4. How am I able to do the next quest when I need to be Level 5 (five)? And all quests until now got me to Level 4 (four)?

are u sure you did all quest? Because if you did it should have made you gone to level 5

The one and only available quest is the tutorial one. No other quests are showing in my quest log.
