Initialising login que

I keep getting an error initializing login que and it just sits there. I have tried everything from deleting cookies to turning off avast, using a different web browers, and updating java and flash player.

It works fine on my desktop but just cant seem to get it to work on the laptop

I have looked everywhere and I see people having this problem but no answers on how to fix it

This was happening the last few days. Sorry forgot to say I know servers are down. Again was issue from last 2 days. Really annoying because it works on my other pc just fine
