Ability to recall explorer's and geologist

It would be good to have a method to recall the explorer and geologist incase the player makes an error on what they want them to do. The "return" need not be instance, but should be a reasonable percentage of the projected time (e.g. if it the explorer goes off for 12 hours and the player needs him to do something else then he should return in some fraction, say 10% of the remaining time to complete the task). This would impose some "penalty" on the player but allow them to get back the resource in a decent amount of time.
