If you are doing low level production - there is a valid argument that you should just trade for the iron swords/bars that you might need since it is tough to make much of a profit from making swords right now. People get tons from adventures then turn them into quick coins when they need to. This works out to lower players benefit since you can take advantage and use your limited building licenses for more profitable ventures. Don't spend all the money and resources on these production buildings just because they look cool or whatever.
