Camp Blocking Technique.

At Alpha Knights we pretty much kept a lot of secrets to ourselves and made guides for every adventure optimized to its fullest that we know by looking at multiple german guides and coming up with our own that we found is the absolute best path to lose the least # of recruits. These are all benefits from joining a guild that has veteran people. On top of that there is a technique called blocking.

A good adventure to try this is Horseback. If you do blocking on horseback out of small adventures it is the best ROI for recruit death per xp as you only lose recruits for small adventures. #2 is SFTR.

Part 2: Position to take out middle camps: After you take out the first two camps that it shows, this opens up a very sneaky path to hit the middle leader without hitting any other camps.

Why block? It saves you on this adventure 120 troops? 120 troops cost time and resources to put together.

BTW. If you kill the leader camps all other camps are killed automatically and you get credit for the XP. so when do adventures dont waste your time killing other camps.. u are just throwing resources away. Make sure you try and find the ultimate path to hit the leader camp to skip other camps.

Note that as the Germans point out, under times of high load blocking may not work because the server isn't fast enough; and you may lose all your troops!

I did find it harder to block because of server latency issues when I began the tutorials but since january its been very easy to block. They also put in the 3 seconds u can retreat which i think now gives you more time to block.

Its a lot easier today then it was before.. Also they may of made server upgrades? not sure. but its a lot easier.

Heh these are familiar... You don't actually show the second block which is infinitely harder to land. Maybe people will catch on and learn how to finally read the german wiki so they can stop posting terrible terrible guides that are filling our current CEO forum.

Yes you get exp but no loot. The loot is quite irrelevant though and even on sector 9 where you may get 300 gold randomly from camps its just a drop in the bucket compared to the gold you'll need to spend to progress.

It's a valid tactic in real life and I believe adds a bit of depth and complexity to the game. Well done on the vids Dynamite.
