Guild House Level

Alright so forgive me if this is already on the forums, but I curious about it.
Both myself (with a rather small guild) and a high level friend of mine (with one of the largest guilds on server) have level 2 guild houses, but when I look at friends of mine that are in between, they're houses are level 1.
My question is this, what did we do to level them, because we have no idea.

My guild House is level 2 also. Never did anything to it.

The theory is that when you go over 15 members your house becomes a level 2. But, like you have already noticed, it shows only for the guild owner. There is no difference in how they look or how they behave.

Here is what we do know.
They have graphics for levels 1-5

Level 1

Level 2

Level 3

Level 4

Level 5

Click 'Building Overview' then 'Guild House'.

Higher levels: There is a guild house in the higher levels. However, these are not achieved through expansion of raw materials, but the number of guild courts (the graph will change accordingly):

Level 1: 15 - 20 seats
Step 2: 21 -? Places
Step 3:? -? Places
Step 4:? -? Places
Step 5:? - 100 seats

I think the question marks may indicate they have not decided at what number of memberships to implement the levels 3, 4, and 5 graphics.

ok i also have a lvl 2 guild house, i have not added any seats, happened after i disbanded and joined another guild, which has like 47 seats and is still a lvl 1 house. likely a bug, but curious
