Its a nice thought, but its to much work, its probly better to have the convo people go to 2-3 and then trade in 1.
the solution is a trade channel + global chat.

The problem with this is, to get back to global-1 you have to do the joinchat command again, and you lose all the chat previously. So if you wanted to bounce back and forth, you would never know what was said just before you changed channels. Its a nice thought, but not really doable.

How about a feature that opens a new tab for Global-7? Then you could flip between tabs.

All points taken, this tab was created to try to keep trade spam from global, this would be temp until the trade channel is started. The UK/French servers do this so we thought it would be a nice idea to start over
