What are you looking for a guild to do? There are any number of guilds on the Zeus server that would be more than happy to let you wear their tag.
You asked what the advantages are, I only see PICK ME... PICK ME!
Guilds provide a close knit community that is readily available for trades, buffs and adventures. It is the only place I trust player to player trading. You also get comeraderie and a private place to chat, well away from the cesspool of global.
Do your research, a free guild is not necessarily a good guild.
