Missing Mason Lost permit

Built a mason it took the iteam to make it and the permit and did not make any thing just all most like my flour mill i posted on yesterday same thing on it. now im missing 2 building or 2 permits i would like my permits back i payed for them.

It happened to me last night. I built an iron mine and logged out while it was building. When i logged back in it was just a deposit with no mine but the license was gone. I am sure of my count because it was my last license. No mine and no license, I was scratching my head. I kinda shrugged it off thinking maybe it would come back on its own, but so far it hasn't.
