Lightbulb New Ideas for Future Updates

As I began this game, I had no clue about what to do, but with time, I learned and prospered. However, I would like to see some new features to be added to make this game more awesome and better for future players.

    Building Ideas:
    • Bridges = Linking small islands to the main island as well as creating a nice scenery
    • Tunnels = Building underground through the mountains would be nice to make it more enjoyable
    • Rivers = Players should be able to make rivers to create waterways and better scenery

    Decoration Ideas:
    • Trees = Should be free to make more the environment more green
    • Beaches = make the people love the empire
    • Street Lights = Light up at night
    • Night = Players should be able to alternate between day and night
    • Rain = Random rain days or according to real world weather
    • People = Should create unique population instead of the fat workers everywhere (No offense to anyone)

    Other Ideas:
    • Moving Building Feature = Players should be able to move buildings around without having to destroy to make their empire more organized
    • Items = Should be made cheaper (they are expensive)
    • Navy = Should be addition of naval fleet for future PVP wars

    People's Ideas:
    • Removing stumps = To provide additional building space
    • Effect of Roads = To decrease travel time so production increased

I suggest a remove stump or build over stump option. It is rather annoying to see lots of 'clear' land and not be able to build there!

what i also wish is that the roads would affect something, like the speed of the workers.

I wish the roads in the future will increase speed, but I mainly use roads to build a network of city and linking them together, little creativity on my part. Also I hope they do let you build over stumps, because there are places that look okay to build, but you are unable to.

I like that you're thinking visual, and that the majority of your ideas are aesthetic. The navy idea is great too.

Thanks Mythic, It is an idea from another game I used to play that was real time as well. I want to see this game once it is out of beta.

Nice ideas, but in returning to the original "settlers" theme, you build a harbor and go to a different island when the commodities ran out. I would like to see a little competition over goods/mines/areas, as with "settlers 4".

Note that too many graphics will cause the system to Lagg.

My biggest pet peeve is that in gold mining, it cost's more in mats and time to get what little gold you can get out of a 300 mine, about 39 gold.

What happened to the magic guys in settlers, bring them into the game, how about wineries and some of the other great stuff from settlers?
