Gem credit not applied?

The other day I was rewarded 70 GEM credits, but when I placed them in the Mayor's house no credit was given...What happened?

i sometimes takes a while to compute. could be a bug or internal server error.

It's been almost a week and no credit has been applied yet!

gems are automatically added to your account you should see it top of your screen or click the treasure chest icon far right of star menu icon
