Wont let me load the game

I tried looking for a post similar to my problem but I didn't see one, when I try and play the game by hitting the play now button nothing happens it takes me to a white screen and just sits there forever nothing ever happens, I have no errors pop ups. I have cleared my cache and browsing history, tried logging in from a different browser and so far nothing. any help would be much appreciated thank you very much

I'm sorta having the same problem! It pauses at the loading screen. I'm so addicted to this game that I don't know what to do with my time.

LOL. It's not that big of a problem, but would like to play the game.
