Did receive what I bought.

So im going through the tutorial and Im on the quest where i need to build a barracks. I was short on Fir Planks so i went to the market and bought the 100 planks for like 65 gems. Went to the star menu and clicked on the planks and then my mayors house, but never received the planks.

any ideas?
