the epic buildings from old friends i got was crates and motherly love was also crates i believe---so in other words epic building may not even be a building-could be a statue, a castle, a monument or .................crates
i had a friend with a "white castle", an original player from year ago August who has since left the game, but he's still on my friend list and tho his island is idled, it's there, and clearly called "white castle".
Wish he were still around so i could ask where it came from
you get a white castle in stealing from the rich, dark castle in black knights and witch tower in dark brotherwood
the other epic adventures i dont know, the castles are not in the loot tables, maybe they called epic to some decors...
Thanks for posting this. Wish BB would post this kind of information somewhere, so we would know exactly which adventures have a chance of giving epic buildings as well as what they do.
Just a update for ppl. the Buildings listed here are now tradable/ the average good price is around 3,000 coins. anything more means that the seller is making a profit, which is fair for the seller to do. just watch ppl with really high prices.

I know that Sir Robin's Castle can't be upgraded to increase population. Oh, and it can't be traded. I have seen the Dark Castle in the Trade Office, have never seen any witch towers.
