So does this mean that we ARE allowed to create accounts on the servers in the other countries? I was under the impression that they were region locked as well, but that seems to have changed fairly recently.

I think I'll wait for an answer from BB before I go and create one though.....

They opened up the Northisle server to North America a month ago.
