No bonus gems
I'VE TRIED FOR A WEEK TO GET A RESPONSE TO MY SUPPORT REQUEST TWO TIMES PURCHESED GEMS AND DID'NT GET THE BONUS GEMS ONE FOR 24,000 WITH 14,000 BONUS AND THE ON A MEGA HAPPY HOUR FOR 22,000 WITH 17,000 BONUS AND BOTH BONUSES WERE NOT GIVEN FOR A LOSS OF 31,000 GEMS WHAT A BUMMER NO ONE EVER REPLIED TO ME FROM SUPPORT

The bonus is already added in to the 1st amount shown.
Yeah there are no additional gems that show up in a separate shipment- it should all come in one large bundle and you should see a mail reflecting the number of gems purchased (they are not in there however they get added to your account automatically).

You do not get 22K Gems with a bonus of 17K Gems. You get 22K Gems (a BONUS OF 17K).

I have personally answered every email you had sent in. They may have bounced back or have been blocked by your spam filter.
But I shall answer the question here. The bonus gems are already calculated into the total gem package, so for example when you buy a 24,000 gem package with a bonus of 14,000 gems you are really buying a 10,000 gem package with 14,000 gems bonus to equal 24,000 gems.
